This terraced cottage style house is situated in the centre of Scarborough not far from main shopping centre, Castle, both beaches, local restaurants, Cricket Ground, Peasholm Park and within walking distance of the beach.

On the ground floor is a kitchen, a dining room and lounge. On the first floor is one double bedroom, Also on the first floor is a bathroom with bath, shower over bath, wash basin and toilet. 
On the second floor is bedroom two with one double bed and baby's cot with mattress. 
Bedroom three has one double bunk bed.  The property has the benefit of full double glazing.
